Touge no kamameshi is a representative ekiben product that was first sold at Yokokawa Station on the Shinetsu Line on February 1, 1958, and has sold approximately 170 million units to date. It has been more than 60 years since its launch, but throughout its history, it has been patronized by the Emperor Showa and the Queen and other members of the Imperial Family for many years. Since its launch, we have continued to produce it under a thoroughly sanitary environment, using the same quality ingredients that we have always been particular about.
